"Organizing is what you do before you do something, so that when you do it, it is not all mixed up."

Getting organized while you write is not just a good theory. It is essential to increase your speed and productivity. Last week I shared a template to help you keep track of quotes, scripture references or footnotes used in your writing. If you missed that post you can access "The Master Sheet" free download in that post.
Today there are numerous apps created to download just for writers that can assist you in the organizational process. Even the most unorganized individual can get organized using some of these simple tools.
Here is one that I highly recommend called The Story Tracker.
Every writer needs this app. It will help you organize where you have submitted articles, manuscripts, poems, songs, etc. It will also allow you to keep within the data base information on dates submitted, follow-up and guidelines and follow-up queries. It is $7.99 at i-Tunes and worth every penny!
There are a multitude of apps available and worth review and new ones being created constantly. So as not to overwhelm I'm including just ONE right now. Organizing, whether it is your life or just your writing, is a step-by-step process and learning curve. Each step helps you build a stronger foundation for success.
Interested in other apps? Email me to let me know. I can probably help. I'll be posting on other help apps from time to time. Stay posted.
